Store Policy

Online Order Time Frame

  • Orders are processed from Monday (8:00 AM) to Friday (5:00 PM), excluding public holidays.

  • Once payment and order confirmation are received, processing takes 1 to 2 business days before dispatch.

  • After dispatch, delivery takes approximately 2 to 3 business days, depending on your location.

    • Please note that unforeseen circumstances such as storms, fires, or strikes may cause delays.

  • Customers are advised to inspect their product before signing for delivery.

    • If the product is damaged, please reject the delivery and inform the delivery driver of the reason.


Non-Returnable Products

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Opened or used printer consumables (e.g., cartridges, drum units, developers).

  • Software (once activated or opened).

  • Products that are abused, physically damaged, or misused by the customer.


Returns & Exchanges

  • Customers must contact us via phone or email before returning any product.

  • The original invoice must be provided when returning a product.

  • Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for courier costs to return the product.


Stock Availability

We strive to maintain accurate stock levels. However, products sell quickly, and availability may change at any time.
