Non-Returnable Products

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Opened or used printer consumables (e.g., cartridges, drum units, developers).

  • Software (once activated or opened).

  • Products that are abused, physically damaged, or misused by the customer.


Returns & Exchanges

  • Customers must contact us via phone or email before returning any product.

  • The original invoice must be provided when returning a product.

  • Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for courier costs to return the product.

We strive to maintain accurate stock levels. However, products sell quickly, and availability may change at any time.
