Non-Returnable Products
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Opened or used printer consumables (e.g., cartridges, drum units, developers).

Software (once activated or opened).

Products that are abused, physically damaged, or misused by the customer.
Returns & Exchanges

Customers must contact us via phone or email before returning any product.

The original invoice must be provided when returning a product.

Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for courier costs to return the product.
